Starting point
An association wanted to respond faster once a topic gained traction in online communities. An official statement from the association itself landed there as an institution speaking, not as a voice already part of the conversation. Which of its own consenting members were already active in that exact community was unknown, and by the time a response was drafted by hand the debate had often already moved on.
Approach
Detection of where a topic is gaining traction in communities, before it reaches the media. A match against the association’s own consenting base: who is already active in that exact community. For relevant members, a response drafted in their own voice, based on their existing public tone, sent by email for approval. No post without consent.
Use cases
- 01 Topic detection in communities Where a topic is gaining traction, before it reaches the media.
- 02 Match against the own base Which consenting supporters are already active in that exact community.
- 03 Response drafted in their voice A suggestion in the person’s own tone, sent by email for approval, never posted automatically.
Outcome
Responses now came from real voices already in the community, not from an institution stepping in from outside. Because the matching and the draft were already done, only the approval remained, and response time fell accordingly. Every response stayed with the person who actually posted it: Tribelis suggests, nobody is represented automatically.
What is next
Detection keeps running, so the shortlist already stands for the next topic before the debate turns.
